Ball STILL wont launch

The update didnt resolve the the ball launch issue, its exactly the same as the previous version. As soon as the game starts, the ball kicks into the plunger lane but then disappears. You can hear the ball rolling around, like the table is trying to locate it, but it never does.

I paid for this months ago, when it was first released, and have yet to be able to play even once!
